The mysterious American sailor and obsessive record collector, now residing
in Bristol (UK), returns with another deep excavation into the most fuzzdrenched corners of the psychedelic underground. For decades he has been
hunting down obscure recordings from the late 1960s and early 70s —
digging through forgotten archives, flea markets and dusty record shops
across the globe
The result is the Up In My Mind series: compilations dedicated to the wildest, most
lysergic garage and psychedelic tracks of the era.
Volume 2 delivers 17 more fuzz-heavy psychedelic gems, ranging from raw garage
rock burners to dreamy acid psych explorations. Some of these tracks were originally
released only on extremely rare 7-inch singles , others remained unreleased at the
time, while a few briefly surfaced on long out-of-print CD compilations.
Packed with distorted guitars, swirling organs and hallucinatory studio effects, Up In
My Mind Vol. 2 captures the strange and adventurous spirit of the lysergic sixties.
Second volume in the Up In My Mind series of fuzzed-out psychedelic rarities
17 obscure garage / acid psych tracks from the late 60s and early 70s
Includes unreleased recordings and ultra-rare 7″ singles
Some tracks previously only appeared on long out- of- print or obscure CD
compilations
Compiled by a legendary American collector now based in Bristol (UK)
Heavy fuzz guitars, trippy organs and raw late-60s psychedelic energy
Limited pressing of 300 copies
